Our order handling time is minimum 2 working days, however at busy times it can take us 3 working days to ship your order.

(Please note: working days for shipping orders are Monday to Friday, if you placed an order on the weekend, it maybe shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday)

Over 95% of our customers have their order delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase, some deliveries are delayed due to the courier being very busy or an error in the delivery address.

We request all buyers to make sure their address is complete on the order and wait at least 7 days from the date of purchase before contacting us about an item not received.
